FF your heart

Hashtag-FF (#FF) is twitter-slang for Follow Friday and it's what tweeple use in their 140-character-messages to let their tweethearts know who to follow, on a Friday.

Well, today it's Monday and since #FM does not exist in Twitterland, I'll just keep the #FF.

#FF your heart.

Probably the easiest thing to say, yet a pretty tough thing to do. It does take courage to take time and listen, and to follow your heart. Especially when making important decisions. The conscious mind keeps on analyzing, while the unconscious tries to tell you otherwise. Thoughts and emotions are running through your head and can keep you up late at night too.

First, make peace with your emotions. Try not to define everything all at once. Take your time and tust your heart - it knows and it will guide you. Sometimes your heart is quite when you look for the answers. When the time is right, your heart will speak its answers.
